- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools
- Establish AI enabled software governance security controls best practices
- Lead AI accelerated software development strategy
- Lead executive communications and organizational change initiatives
- Manage DevOps SRE developer tooling and automation teams
- Own engineering toolchain CI CD code quality and release automation
- Partner with product architecture security and business leaders on technology alignment
