Tasks
- Build and maintain diagnostic playbooks and runbooks
- Contribute to internal and external documentation
- Coordinate with engineering teams to drive resolution
- Define and track operational KPIs
- Develop internal tooling and automation scripts
- Lead incident response for production service disruptions
- Own tier 2 3 technical escalations
- Partner with customer engineering for smooth issue handoffs
- Perform root cause analysis using service logs and operational metrics
- Review technical integrations during onboarding
- Triaging and resolving complex ad serving issues
- Write postmortems and track remediation actions
