Tasks
- Build and validate thermal management control algorithms
- Collaborate with cross functional electrical controls and software teams
- Create component level and system level thermal controls models
- Define and review control related requirements interfaces and diagnostics
- Develop thermal management control strategies for BEV vehicles
- Integrate thermal control systems with thermal hardware energy management and vehicle integration
- Perform Software-in-the-Loop testing
- Perform hardware-in-the-loop testing
- Review LV requirements interfaces and diagnostics
- Support LV powernet integration and interactions with thermal controllers
- Validate thermal control performance on vehicles
