- Lead embedded payments client onboarding lifecycle
- Manage onboarding scoping go live and post launch support
- Mentor junior onboarding managers and develop best practices and playbooks
- Optimize onboarding workflows and documentation
- Provide stakeholder updates on onboarding progress and metrics
