Tasks

• Close work orders after completion
• Collect and distribute project documentation
• Conduct quality control checks for Security Data AV installations
• Maintain client satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Maintain technician schedule application
• Manage project documentation from opportunity to close out
• Manage project schedules and resource plans
• Manage written and verbal communications
• Monitor labor travel rental and procurement quotes
• Obtain customer purchase orders
• Plan and assign field labor resources
• Prepare closeout packages
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Schedule and relay work details to technicians
• Serve as liaison between client stakeholders and Security Data AV teams
• Support field operations with day to day requests
• Troubleshoot Security Data AV issues and escalate
• Visit client sites for installations and troubleshooting
