Embedded Software Control Manager

Tasks
- Coordinate collaboration between application software base software systems hardware and validation teams
- Direct control algorithm development and system modeling
- Drive model based design adoption using MATLAB Simulink
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE ISO 26262 and coding standards
- Ensure control software architecture performance scalability and interface alignment
- Establish CI CT practices for automated build integration and validation
- Lead customer and stakeholder technical interactions including design reviews and issue resolution
- Lead debugging validation and optimization using simulation bench and vehicle testing
- Lead design development and delivery of embedded control software for automotive systems
- Manage resource planning technical priorities and cross functional collaboration
- Mentor and coach engineering talent in control software disciplines
- Oversee software V cycle requirements architecture implementation integration testing and release
- Oversee software integration strategy release planning and delivery schedules
- Track software quality metrics resolve defects and drive continuous improvement
