Embedded Software Engineer - SoM
Tasks
- Automate boot and peripheral testing
- Build and maintain BSP layer
- Build reference images for boards
- Collaborate with hardware and platform teams
- Create and maintain device trees
- Debug system level issues
- Define verification test plans and acceptance criteria
- Develop Linux device drivers
- Document milestones and test results
- Implement Secure Boot
- Lead board bring up and hardware validation
- Mentor junior embedded engineers
- Own embedded software stack
- Port bootloader and boot chain
- Provide MCU startup clock and peripheral support
- Validate drivers across hardware interfaces
- Verify rootfs and A B updates
