Tasks
- Build RTOS based applications with deterministic timing
- Build telemetry logging and watchdog management
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Debug hardware software interface using lab instrumentation
- Design firmware architecture for embedded platforms
- Develop and maintain BSP and HAL
- Develop embedded firmware in C and C++
- Develop low level drivers for microcontrollers and sensors
- Implement closed loop control systems
- Implement fault detection and recovery mechanisms
- Implement secure boot and encrypted communications
- Optimize firmware performance and memory usage
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
- Perform firmware bring up for new hardware platforms
- Perform security reviews and vulnerability assessments
- Run automated testing and static analysis
- Support OTA firmware update workflows
- Support functional safety and compliance initiatives
- Write modular testable code following coding standards
