• Integrate multiservice sites with minimal complexity

• Manage radio network design and optimization
• Monitor and analyze network performance and configuration
• Monitor benchmark and report competitor activities
• Profile node performance and report status
• Provide specialist technical support for radio features
• Resolve issues with optimization vendors and escalate
• Review prepare and load cell data for rehoming sites
• Trial and deploy new network features
• Use optimization tools for routine deep dive
