Engineering Manager - AI Engineering & AI Platform (m/f/x)
Tasks
- Build CI/CD pipelines for AI services
- Build and lead AI engineering and AI platform team
- Coordinate with Data Science Product Engineering Security and Platform
- Create agentic workflows
- Design scalable backend systems
- Develop cloud-native architectures
- Develop internal AI platform services
- Establish engineering best practices for secure production AI systems
- Implement AI use cases end to end
- Integrate LLM APIs into production systems
- Manage rate limiting and cost controls
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding
- Provide technical direction for AI LLM services
- Provision infrastructure with Terraform
- Set up model access governance and observability
