- Build and lead AI engineering and AI platform team
- Build cloud-native architectures
- Design scalable backend systems
- Develop internal AI platform for model access
- Ensure secure reliable maintainable production systems
- Establish engineering best practices
- Implement AI agentic workflows
- Implement observability governance and rate limiting
- Integrate LLM APIs into production systems
- Integrate MCP server services
- Manage AI cost control
- Manage rollout monitoring and maintenance
- Own end to end AI use case delivery
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding
- Provide technical direction for AI and LLM services
