Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops
Tasks
- Coach and support team development through feedback and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with data scientists product managers analysts and engineering leaders
- Contribute to architecture reviews and technical guidance
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices
- Lead and mentor engineers across data platform and machine learning operations
- Oversee ML lifecycle including experimentation training deployment and monitoring
- Own reliability and scalability of internal data infrastructure
