- Collaborate with data scientists product managers for data initiatives
- Define engineering standards tooling and best practices
- Deliver high impact data products for fraud detection and identity intelligence
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance reliability operational maturity
- Lead and mentor data platform and ML Ops engineers
- Oversee ML Ops lifecycle experimentation training deployment monitoring
- Own data platform strategy reliability scalability
- Review engineering proposals for data and ML systems
