- Align roadmaps with product management quality supply chain and customers
- Champion AI assisted engineering and test automation
- Deliver on time release predictability and software quality
- Drive capacity planning staffing and vendor strategy

- Own hiring onboarding coaching performance management
- Own product lines from concept to sustaining
- Provide technical direction across embedded firmware and applications
- Reduce technical debt and improve reuse strategy
