- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams
- Design implement and deploy LLM inference solutions
- Develop production ML inference systems
- Drive end to end customer engagements and specifications
- Implement monitoring and profiling for production systems
- Lead and mentor engineering team
- Optimize AI ML workloads for performance and latency
- Set team goals and ensure delivery
