Engineering Team Lead (Digital Twin)
Tasks
- Drive end to end architecture decisions across backend data frontend and DevOps
- Enforce engineering standards for APIs and frontend components and data pipeline quality gates
- Ensure cross team alignment across backend frontend data and infrastructure squads
- Ensure real time data ingestion processing and visualization pipelines are scalable and reliable
- Guide data engineering practices using Medallion Architecture
- Lead technical direction and architectural cohesion for digital twin platform
- Mentor engineers and lead code reviews for performance and reliability
- Oversee backend systems for high volume sensor streams and AI processing workflows
- Provide technical authority for distributed systems and hybrid cloud problem solving
- Translate product requirements into technical delivery plans
