Enrollment Communications Representative

Tasks

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Assist with onboarding process for students and parents
• Diffuse irate individuals and resolve problems
• Enter and maintain accurate records in Workday database
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Maintain up to date knowledge of policies procedures deadlines requirements
• Oversee service schedules and ensure information accuracy
• Provide customer service by phone email text live chat ticketing system
• Provide information on admissions advising records registration and student financial services
• Respond to written inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Route callers to the correct department
• Schedule appointments with academic advisors
• Support and guide junior staff in absence of supervisors
