Enrollment Representative
Tasks
- Adapt to change and implement updates
- Assess and qualify prospective students through prequalification or interview
- Assist applicants through the enrollment process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure application progression
- Ensure compliance with university standards and policies
- Establish rapport in a high volume environment
- Host campus events and promote the university
- Proactively contact prospective students via telephone email and SMS
- Work in a team environment to support enrollment goals
