- Guide prospective students through inquiry to enrollment
- Handle course registration requests
- Maintain accurate confidential student records
- Manage student follow up via email text and telephone
- Perform student information system transactions

- Provide referrals and warm handoffs to student support services
- Respond to student inquiries in person and online
- Review and process student documentation
- Support admissions onboarding
- Support student help desk for online services and account access
