Tasks
- Design build and maintain enterprise agentic framework components
- Ensure alignment with security data classification and responsible AI standards
- Establish reference architectures and reusable engineering patterns including RAG
- Lead development of atomic agents and agent orchestration patterns
- Own engineering of agent harnesses including orchestration memory observability and evaluation
- Partner with governance teams to embed guardrails and evaluation frameworks
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance to delivery partners
- Stay current with emerging agentic AI and propose platform improvements
- Translate product roadmaps into sound technical designs
