Tasks
- Configure test and release agent configurations
- Coordinate stakeholder communication
- Create and manage deployment plans timelines and risks
- Design workflow to agent execution mapping
- Improve onboarding and deployment processes
- Lead customer discovery and requirements gathering
- Lead customer kickoffs and milestone reviews
- Manage scope changes and escalations
- Own customer deployments end-to-end
- Run QBRs and executive updates
- Serve as executive point of contact
- Validate assumptions with engineers
