Tasks
- Align cross functional teams and manage project delivery risks and change
- Collaborate with product engineering and sales to shape solution scope
- Conduct operational audits identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable configurable solutions using platform and APIs
- Lead enterprise implementations from discovery to post-go-live
- Maintain documentation and improve internal delivery tools
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices
- Support sales strategy mentor junior team members and influence product roadmap
