- Build and deploy hybrid RAG architectures
- Conduct workshops training and technical presentations
- Create plugins adapters or APIs for retrieval integration
- Design and develop solutions from data and metadata
- Design support procedures and testing protocols
- Develop and manage AI pipelines for retrieval and generation
- Document system architecture and lessons learned
- Ensure AI governance compliance
- Evaluate and benchmark vector databases
- Evaluate solutions using accuracy latency and satisfaction metrics
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models
- Integrate LLMs with retrieval systems
- Integrate vector search into production systems
- Lead cross functional teams to prioritize AI opportunities
- Mentor junior AI engineers
- Monitor troubleshoot and improve pipeline performance
- Translate technical AI findings for business stakeholders
- Tune retrieval parameters and model hyperparameters
