Field Applications Engineer 2 (SAASRSP2)
Tasks
- Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept
- Collaborate with engineering sales and support to deliver solutions
- Coordinate enterprise customer projects
- Create technical documentation setup guides and product notes
- Deploy and maintain data center and server solutions
- Manage customer communications and follow up technical issues
- Participate in testing documentation and reporting
- Prepare materials for training and pre sales
- Present product messaging to customers
- Troubleshoot computing, storage, and networking systems
- Visit customer sites for integration and issue resolution
