Tasks
- Capture and document customer win stories
- Collaborate with alliance partners to identify complementary technologies
- Conduct TAM and whitespace analysis
- Conduct architecture reviews and workload deep dive sessions
- Deliver executive briefings and roadmap discussions
- Develop account specific workload strategies
- Develop workload business plan with measurable goals
- Drive GTM plays with sales and partners
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Integrate solution strategy into technical account plans
- Lead or co-lead strategic pipeline creation meetings
- Lead partner enablement sessions and workload workshops
- Lead technical wins in key opportunities
- Maintain SFDC updates for opportunities
- Maintain demo environment readiness
- Mentor solution engineers on positioning and sizing
- Own workload business success
- Perform architecture reviews workshops and technical demonstrations
- Provide competitive intelligence and product insights
- Publish technical content and thought leadership
- Represent company at industry events and technical forums
