Finance Analytics Team Leader - FP&A (f/m/d)
Tasks
- Coach direct reports and support technical growth
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve business problems
- Collaborate with data engineering squads to ingest and model data
- Define business logic and semantic layers for analytics
- Lead sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
- Manage squad backlog and prioritize user stories
- Own financial reporting and forecasting suite
- Plan product roadmap and innovation initiatives
- Support financial analytics vision and strategy
- Translate roadmap into discovery design implementation and validation phases
