• Drive order to cash process standardization and automation
• Drive record to report process standardization and automation
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance internal controls and IT security
• Lead coach and develop SAP specialists
• Lead external vendor and AMS relationship
• Manage incident, problem, and change management
• Own finance and order fulfillment application performance and stability
• Represent finance and order fulfillment in solution design testing and deployment
• Resolve escalations and drive outcomes
• Translate business needs into application roadmap
