FIS Quantum/Integrity Treasury Application Specialist
Tasks
- Act as primary contact for client queries incidents and issue resolution
- Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity planning
- Collaborate on transition projects and continuous service improvement
- Configure SQL transaction rules for bank and cash flow mapping
- Configure static data and workflow components
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Enable in house banking and intercompany settlements
- Ensure compliance with MT and MX payment standards
- Gather requirements configure systems and support UAT
- Generate operational reports dashboards and performance metrics
- Integrate bank statements MT940 and BAI2
- Manage Citrix Scheduler jobs
- Manage bank connectivity channels SWIFT FIN FileAct Host-to-Host APIs
- Monitor and maintain FIS Quantum application environment
- Monitor and optimize cash flows and working capital
- Monitor and resolve payment failures exceptions and connectivity issues
- Onboard new entities bank accounts and treasury processes
- Optimize and automate treasury operations
- Perform system upgrades patching and enhancements
- Support FIS Quantum implementation and enhancement projects
- Support cash positioning and global cash visibility
- Support eBAM for bank account management
- Support end to end payment lifecycle
- Support reconciliation of bank transactions cash positions and accounting entries
- Troubleshoot FX deal failures interface errors and workflow disruptions
- Validate financial data accuracy and completeness
