Tasks
- Apply machine learning natural language processing and generative AI for content quality and efficiency
- Build and document REST and GraphQL APIs and integrations
- Build automation pipelines for curriculum content and media
- Build data pipelines for educational text video and multimedia
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate requirements into solutions
- Create dashboards for learner behavior content performance and operational metrics
- Design AI driven course lifecycle workflows
- Develop AI assisted course creation and learner support tools
- Develop analytics and reporting for learner engagement and workflow performance
- Develop and maintain full stack web applications to operationalize AI workflows
- Develop scalable AI enabled multimedia workflows
- Document systems workflows and implementation logic
- Implement authentication and authorization observability and error handling
- Own build release and deployment for web services with CI CD
- Track tasks manage timelines and coordinate delivery across teams
