Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Must be based in Toronto, Canada)
Tasks
- Collaborate with product teams on client requirements
- Develop and deploy conversational AI systems
- Handle technical communication and resolve issues
- Identify platform constraints and devise workarounds
- Implement voice agent solutions for enterprise clients
- Serve as primary technical liaison to clients
- Support project delivery with product solution managers and customer success managers
