Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Must be PST timezone)
Tasks
- Build operational dashboards metrics and alerts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Design logging monitoring and analytics for deployments
- Design scalable reliable client deployments
- Integrate telephony systems SIP RTP backend services and APIs
- Lead conversational AI development configuration and deployment
- Maintain deployed system architecture and health
- Own reliability performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot integration and production issues
