Tasks
- Build demos prototypes proof of concept implementations
- Build scripts microservices automation logic and integration services
- Communicate architecture and technical tradeoffs
- Configure AI powered automations in ServiceNow
- Contribute reusable assets and automation components
- Contribute to AI platform evolution
- Contribute to internal playbooks and deployment patterns
- Deploy agentic AI workflows
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
- Develop reusable agent packs
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across AI workflows and integrations
- Ensure security, scalability, and production readiness
- Identify patterns from client deployments
- Implement AI orchestration
- Integrate AI platforms APIs and enterprise data sources
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments
- Integrate LLMs and agentic decision models
- Iterate AI solutions with customers
- Optimize performance and reliability
- Participate in workshops discovery sessions and technical working sessions
- Provide product feedback
- Support repeatable platform features
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures
