- Champion team enablement training and workshops
- Collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility resolve blockers
- Configure and optimize AI agent intents prompts actions guardrails metrics
- Create reusable frameworks templates playbooks reference architectures
- Define MRR strategies coordinate GTM support
- Design build and deploy AI integrations
- Drive internal and external product education for partners
- Lead customer discovery and design sessions
- Maintain awareness of AI and CX industry trends
- Manage cross functional deployments timelines stakeholder alignment
- Run outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption
- Shape AI roadmap with product and PMM
