- Build orchestration layer across dependent services
- Collaborate with operations IT and clinical teams during UAT and go live
- Deliver production operations on call and incident response
- Design API integrations and orchestration services
- Design and ship AI agents for patient case lifecycle
- Develop PHI aware data deidentification pipeline
- Implement confidence thresholds and human in the loop boundaries
- Implement rollback strategy and uptime SLAs
- Integrate with healthcare systems of record
- Maintain audit trail for model calls
- Map tokenized results back to source data
