Fulfillment and Shipping Assistant Manager
Tasks
- Coach and train team members
- Conduct carrier invoice audits
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback to HR
- Conduct performance reviews and one on one check ins
- Conduct safety observations and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders
- Create shipping labels and return labels
- Create training materials and drive process improvement
- Ensure order accuracy and service level agreements
- File and track shipment claims
- Lead team meetings and set weekly goals
- Manage WMS OMS ERP warehouse functions
- Manage equipment resources and resolve technical issues
- Manage fulfillment and shipping operations
- Manage oversized delivery assembly and shipping documents
- Manage time-off requests
- Monitor order management reports
- Oversee packaging receipt and unloading
- Oversee palletizing operations
- Plan and assign pick pack ship work
- Prepare and manage bills of lading
