- Address inquiries resolve issues and offer solutions
- Attend WIP meetings and track order status
- Coordinate freight quoting and carrier selection for LTL and FTL
- Escalate delays or anomalies
- Maintain customer service across calls emails and texts
- Schedule deliveries to optimize routes and timelines
- Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Support order handover with data entry and validations
- Support sales representatives with order status and PO follow up
- Update internal systems and maintain fulfillment SOPs
- Verify open customer balances before releasing and shipping orders
