Fulfillment Department Supervisor
Tasks
- Conduct safety walks
- Ensure pickup curbside install gig and delivery orders are completed on time
- Lead and coach fulfillment associates
- Maintain hazard free staging areas
- Monitor operational KPIs
- Operate powered equipment safely
- Oversee staffing and workload
- Perform picking and staging as needed
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Serve as manager on duty MOD
