Fulfillment & Logistics Supervisor

Tasks
- Complete medical cannabis waste profiles manifests and shipping documents
- Conduct finished product inventory audits and report results to logistics manager
- Coordinate operations within and between departments
- Coordinate with production inventory and sales departments
- Create schedule and track outbound delivery appointments
- Ensure delivery drivers compliance with regulations and company policies
- Maintain sanitary conditions and report safety or quality issues
- Maintain waste processing records
- Manage warehousing inventory control shipping and receiving activities
- Monitor fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery goals
- Oversee order processing and shipping operations
- Perform BioTrack functions as needed
- Plan and schedule maintenance for powered industrial trucks and delivery vehicles
- Record order discrepancies in three way match log
- Route vehicles to customer locations and ensure DOT compliance
- Train employees on packaging quality and production rate targets
