Fulfillment Planner
Tasks
- Analyze inventory to minimize spoilage
- Communicate customer shortages to customer service
- Communicate purchase plans with contract manufacturers
- Coordinate inventory movement
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP
- Escalate significant shortages to supply planners
- Improve customer order fill rate
- Maintain distribution center inbound schedule database
- Maintain plant outbound shipment load plan
- Maintain third party transportation inbound scheduling tool
- Manage dc to dc inventory transfers
- Maximize stock transfer freight utilization
- Monitor inventory shortage reports
- Plan inventory deployment strategy
- Reduce inventory shortages
- Track improvement plans to reduce unplanned shortages
