Tasks

• Analyze data to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
• Analyze fulfillment performance and propose cost saving initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations
• Develop rolling forecast
• Enhance operational efficiency of replenishment
• Ensure planning parameter availability quality and consistency
• Execute PIPO process
• Identify and share business changes and risks to planning leads
• Maintain master data and planning parameters
• Manage fulfillment process to ensure timely customer delivery
• Manage replenishment process to ensure product availability
• Own MTS MTO fulfillment cycle from requisition to customer location
• Prepare intake plans for planning horizon
• Release purchase orders per supply plan
• Resolve fulfillment process issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Review availability outlook and inventory quality escalate issues
• Review supply versus purchase order and vendor confirmations
