Fulfillment & Returns Supervisor
Tasks
- Adjust labor allocation
- Assist with workforce scheduling
- Coach warehouse associates
- Collaborate with customer service on returns
- Collaborate with sales on order inquiries

- Enforce safety standards
- Ensure documentation compliance
- Handle carrier related issues
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory data in WMS and ERP
- Monitor workflow efficiency
- Oversee return processing and inspection
- Perform quality control checks
- Prepare performance reports
- Reintegrate returned inventory
- Resolve order discrepancies and damages
- Supervise picking packing and shipping
- Track and analyze KPIs
