Fulfillment Specialist (50533)
Tasks
- Coordinate mail activities with department heads
- Coordinate parking passes for visitors and hybrid employees
- Date and timestamp incoming mail before delivery
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Maintain mail equipment and coordinate repairs
- Maintain postage account balances with accounting
- Maintain queue for printing and mail requests
- Maintain reports for incoming and outgoing mail details
- Monitor external fulfillment vendor inventories
- Operate mail metering and letter opening equipment
- Perform quality checks on outgoing items accuracy and quantity
- Pick up and deliver mail between departments and offices
- Place outbound calls to verify addresses
- Post outgoing mail with correct postage and compliance
- Prepare outgoing mail for all departments and carriers
- Print fold stuff seal and track outgoing mail
- Receive incoming mail and sort by department or individual
- Scan and email incoming mail to remote departments and individuals
