Tasks
- Assist with mailroom audits and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors for mailing services
- Manage returned or undeliverable mail
- Operate high volume printers and inserters
- Perform quality checks for templates and print output
- Prepare print and assemble enrollment packets and ID cards
- Process print and fulfillment requests
- Sort and distribute internal and external mail
- Troubleshoot print and formatting errors
- Update member mailing addresses
