Fulfillment Specialist - Rochester, NH
Tasks
- Communicate with internal and external partners
- Complete loan funding
- Comply with lending policies and procedures
- Coordinate with dealers and vendors to resolve funding issues
- Establish membership accounts for non members
- Execute back end processing for check vehicle loan purchases
- Fund approved consumer loan applications
- Generate and manage shipping labels
- Investigate post funding report findings
- Investigate root causes of funding issues
- Manage batch checks reconciliation
- Monitor service requests
- Perform loan quality control reviews
- Prioritize workload and meet service levels
- Process Regulation Z rate adjustments
- Process loan documentation received by mail
- Process physical checks for overseas branches
- Reissue loan contracts
- Research and resolve funding errors
- Resolve documentation discrepancies
- Review purchase agreements and issue loan contracts
- Review vehicle loan documentation
- Track document and loan processing errors and trends
