Tasks

• Collaborate with Finance on returns and order issues
• Complete operations support projects
• Coordinate warehouse dispatch for timely shipment
• Handle escalations and exceptions for orders
• Process customer and warehouse returns
• Process incoming orders and validate purchase orders
• Provide order status updates to customers and stakeholders
• Receive categorize and initiate refurbishment for returns
• Support inbound and outbound shipments
