Tasks
- Coach team members to uphold brand standards
- Drive individual and team sales
- Execute daily operations and visual merchandising tasks
- Lead customer service on sales floor
- Own assigned areas under division of responsibility program and communicate progress
- Perform clienteling to build customer relationships
- Reinforce store standards and SOPs during onboarding
- Serve as manager on duty when assigned
- Support in store events and activations
- Support merchandising shipment and stockroom operations
