- Design and enhance automation workflows with exception handling and retry
- Handle incident management problem management and change requests
- Implement preventive fixes and improve alerting and monitoring
- Maintain AI decision flows and agent handoffs
- Monitor automation processes and ensure SLA compliance
- Monitor bot and agent execution
- Perform root cause analysis for automation failures
- Provide L2 L3 production support for UiPath bots and agent workflows
- Support Document Understanding classification extraction and validation issues
- Support automation lifecycle including development testing deployment
- Support integrations with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot queue failures and orchestration failures
