- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on business needs and security standards
- Define and implement performance and scalability methodologies
- Identify and mitigate security risks in data platform
- Lead data engineering team in design and deployment of data infrastructure
- Manage technical backlog and ensure timely secure delivery of data solutions
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement
