Enrollment Advisor - School of Professional Studies
Tasks
- Coordinate with admissions for warm lead handoff
- Create and maintain email templates
- Create and maintain inquiry records in Salesforce CRM
- Host virtual and in person information sessions
- Manage lead qualification and outreach by phone and email
- Monitor inbound phone and email inquiries
- Provide customer support to prospective and current students
- Provide technical assistance in Blackboard
- Respond to inquiries and follow up
- Support registration withdrawals drops and course changes
- Track student progress and course completion
- Troubleshoot CRM and LMS issues
