Tasks
- Coordinate CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Coordinate vendor management and delivery support
- Drive user adoption training coordination and feedback management
- Ensure high availability reliability performance scalability
- Ensure security compliance and validation adherence
- Govern production changes releases model updates prompt changes and configuration deployments
- Implement AIOps LLMOps and MLOps best practices
- Lead mentor and manage AI BAU operations team
- Lead operational readiness for project to BAU transition
- Lead release management and deployments across DEV QA and PROD
- Maintain SOPs runbooks and knowledge repositories
- Manage OPEX cost optimization initiatives
- Manage incident, problem, change, and release management
- Manage rollout and rollback procedures
- Monitor AI platform usage system health response quality latency
- Own BAU operations for enterprise GenAI platforms and applications
- Perform problem management and root cause analysis
- Plan execute disaster recovery and resilience
- Report service performance dashboards and risk metrics
- Support responsible AI governance and audit readiness
